Hurst Construction was founded as a DBA by Ian Hurst in early 2003. The business started out small doing residential repair and remodeling jobs.  With the help of many contacts in the architectural community and great client referrals the company grew quickly and so did the size of the jobs. In 2005 Hurst construction took on it first new construction project - A contemporary duplex in the Valentine neighborhood of Kansas city.  In 2007 the Company was Incorporated and became Hurst Construction, Inc.  In 2008   HC,Inc. took on its first commercial project - MK12 studios, a renovation of an industrial building in the crossroads district of KC for a multimedia production Company. Since that time HC, Inc. has taken on a variety of commercial and residential projects with an emphasis on creating lasting relationships and quality projects. Hurst Construction continues to search for new projects through out the Kansas city area to challenge its skills and help it grow into a leader in the kansas City construction industry.
